Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026

UNALOGIX, LLC dba NonStop Customers ("NonStopCustomers," "we," "us," or "our") is a lead generation company that delivers qualified customer inquiries to businesses. This policy covers nonstopcustomers.com, its subdomains, and any page or form that links to this policy (together, the "Site"). The Site is for businesses that buy leads from us or are considering doing so. We serve businesses in the United States only.

Consumer quote requests are not covered here. Consumers request quotes through separate websites we operate. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, which explains how consumer information is collected and shared.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, use our calculator, book or take a call, email, or text us, we collect what you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, state and service area, the type of work and materials or services you offer, lead volume preferences, calculator inputs, and anything you tell us about your business and goals.

Business client information. If you become a client, we also keep your agreement, lead delivery settings, lead and replacement history, and billing records. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us.

Collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, referring URL, pages viewed, ad campaign parameters, and ad click identifiers. We and our advertising partners (for example, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure and improve our ads.

From third parties. If you submit a lead form inside an advertising platform, that platform passes your answers to us. We may also use publicly available business information, such as your website, business listings, and licensing records, to evaluate fit and prepare for a call.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can serve your business and service area.
  • To prepare and send projections, proposals, and agreements.
  • To provide our services, including lead delivery, replacement reviews, reporting, and billing.
  • To send you information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and the Site.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Calls and text messages (SMS)

If you provide a phone number and ask to be contacted, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry and our services, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in status are shared only with the vendors that deliver our messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, CRM, phone and SMS delivery, email, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and payment processing. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • With advertising platforms, through cookies and pixels, to measure and deliver ads. Some state laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out (Section 8).
  • When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Cookies and tracking

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta, Google, and LinkedIn account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages work.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. We keep client records for the length of the relationship and afterward as needed for billing, disputes, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 8), subject to records we must keep by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, and to appeal if we deny a request. Some state laws exempt information collected in a business-to-business context; we honor these requests regardless.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we collected: identifiers (name, phone, email); professional and business information; commercial information (services discussed or purchased); internet or network activity; and approximate location. We collected it from you, automatically from your device, from advertising platforms, and from public sources. We disclosed it to service providers for business purposes and, for internet activity, to advertising platforms. We have not sold personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for using your rights.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights to the extent provided by their state's law.

To make a request, email [email protected] or call +1 (765) 456-9046. To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the subject line "Do Not Share." We will verify your request using the contact information we have on file and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision with the subject line "Appeal."

9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no common standard for them.

10. Children

The Site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
